NLINK Membership Terms & Privacy Policy

These NLINK Membership Terms govern the purchase, activation, and use of the NLINK Membership offered through the HMall platform. By purchasing, activating, or using NLINK Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the NLINK Membership Privacy Policy set out below.

NLINK Membership is offered, administered, and processed by HMall Technologies LTD, operating the HMall platform.

1. NLINK Membership Overview

NLINK Membership is a subscription-based membership product available on the HMall platform. It provides eligible users with access to selected features, participation rights, and benefits associated with NLINK-enabled services and programs.

Membership benefits, eligibility criteria, and available features may vary from time to time and are subject to availability, platform rules, and applicable program conditions.

NLINK Membership is personal to the registered user and is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise within a specific feature or program.

2. Membership Fee, Waiver and Renewal

2.1 Annual Membership Fee

NLINK Membership is subject to an annual subscription fee, which is processed exclusively through the HMall platform operated by HMall Technologies LTD.

The membership fee must be paid in AED through the HMall shop. The applicable fee amount is determined by HMall Technologies LTD and may be updated from time to time at its sole discretion.

Each membership term is valid for one year from the date of activation or renewal. Once paid, membership fees are non-refundable.

2.2 2026 Introductory Fee Waiver

Users who activate NLINK Membership during the 2026 calendar year will receive a full waiver of the membership fee for the initial membership period ending on 31 December 2026.

Eligible users activating during this period will enjoy NLINK Membership free of charge until that date. From 1 January 2027 onward, standard annual membership fees shall apply to maintain uninterrupted access to membership benefits and platform features.

2.3 Renewal, Grace Period and Continuity

NLINK Membership must be renewed annually to retain continuous access to membership benefits and platform features. Users will be notified in advance of upcoming membership expiry and renewal requirements.

A designated grace period may apply following membership expiry. Failure to renew within the applicable grace period may result in suspension of the user account, restricted or revoked access to selected platform features, and disqualification from ongoing or future membership benefits.

Where a membership remains inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer, the user may be required to purchase memberships covering both the inactive period and the new membership term in order to restore eligibility for membership benefits and participation in related programs. For the avoidance of doubt, users remain responsible for the payment of NLINK Membership fees applicable to periods of inactivity where continued participation, status restoration, or benefit eligibility is sought.

Any rewards, commissions, or other benefits not earned or missed during a period of inactive membership will not be recoverable or applied retroactively, even if the membership is later renewed or reactivated.

3. Membership Benefits

NLINK Membership benefits may include access to selected NLINK-enabled platform features, eligibility to participate in specific programs or initiatives, access to exclusive discounts or promotions, priority or early access to selected releases or opportunities, and receipt of membership-related communications and updates.

All membership benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Membership benefits do not constitute guaranteed earnings, returns, or outcomes.

4. Rewards, Commissions and Program Participation

Participation in reward programs, commission structures, or incentive mechanisms associated with NLINK Membership, whether offered directly by the Company or made available through third-party platforms, may require an active membership, fulfilment of additional eligibility criteria, and ongoing compliance with program-specific terms, conditions rules and limits. Such programs may be subject to modification, suspension, or discontinuation in accordance with the applicable terms.

Rewards and commissions are not guaranteed, may vary over time, and may be subject to restrictions such as caps, lock-in periods, internal distribution rules, or other program-specific limitations.

Any rewards or commissions not earned during an inactive or suspended membership period will not be credited retroactively.

5. Pricing Changes

HMall Technologies LTD reserves the right to revise NLINK Membership pricing at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.

Revised pricing becomes effective upon publication on the HMall platform unless otherwise stated. Pricing changes will not affect active memberships during their current paid validity period. Continued use or renewal of NLINK Membership following a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

6. Suspension and Termination

HMall Technologies LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate NLINK Membership access in circumstances including, but not limited to, failure to renew the membership, breach of these Terms or applicable platform policies, misuse of platform features or membership benefits, or legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to membership features, benefits, and participation rights.

7. No Refund Policy

All NLINK Membership fees are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, regardless of usage or benefit availability.

NLINK Membership Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information related to NLINK Membership is collected, used, and protected when accessed through the HMall platform operated by HMall Technologies LTD.

8. Information We Collect

When you register for or use NLINK Membership, we may collect personal information including your name, email address, account identifiers, and membership status or activity information.

Payment information is processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers. HMall Technologies LTD does not store or retain sensitive payment card details. For further details regarding the collection, processing, and protection of data, please refer to the HMall Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the privacy policies of the relevant payment providers.

9. Use of Information

Collected information may be used to administer and manage NLINK Membership, verify eligibility and membership status, provide access to membership benefits and platform features, send service-related communications and notices, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

10. Data Protection and Security

HMall Technologies LTD applies industry-standard security measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or by competent authorities.

11. Communication Preferences

Users may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe options provided. Essential service communications related to membership administration may still be delivered where required.

12. Updates to These Terms

HMall Technologies LTD may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the HMall platform documentation.

Continued use of NLINK Membership after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
