Purchasing Products
Follow these steps to purchase products on HMall:
Step 1 : Add to Cart
Click on the product you wish to purchase. If you've decided on an immediate purchase, click "Buy Now." Alternatively, if you wish to continue shopping, click "Add to Cart."
Step 2 : Shopping cart
The shopping cart page gives you the details of the product added to your cart along with the order summary. You will see the product name, quantity, price and grand total. You can increase or decrease the quantity of a particular product. Deletion of a product is also possible from the shopping cart page.
Click on "Checkout Now" to proceed to the next step.
Step 3 : Checkout
Once you have added the product to your cart, click "Checkout" to land on the Checkout page. Enter your billing details as below:
1. First Name | Last Name: Enter first name & last name.
2. Email id: Enter your email id.
3. Address: Enter the Address.
4. Flat, House no, Building: Enter additional details (Optional).
5. Select Country: Choose your billing country from the dropdown list.
6. Select State/Region: Choose your State/Region from the dropdown list. If there is no State/Region auto-populated according to your selected country, please enter in words your State/Region.
7. City: Choose your city from the dropdown list. If there is no City auto-populated according to your selected country, please enter in words your City.
8. Zipcode: Enter numeric zipcode. You can enter zipcode between 4-10 numeric digits.
9. Mobile Number: Enter a valid mobile number. Country code will be auto-populated according to the selected country.
10. Click on "Save Address" to save the address to the address book. Once Saved, it will be shown on the page and you need to select that address for billing.
11. Alternatively, you can add more addresses, using "Add New Address". Fill out all the details and the new address will be shown in the list of address. You can then select any one form the list to proceed for the payment.
Note : The payment does not include shipping, custom fees, or any other costs that may arise during delivery.
Step 4 : Payment
Below is the payment method available for your order:
Credit Card Payment
Full Payment (100%) You can complete your purchase by paying 100% of the billed amount using a credit or debit card.
Process:
Select Pay by Card as the payment method.
The total payable amount will be displayed, including any applicable taxes.
A 4% card processing fee will be applied.
Click Proceed to Payment to enter your card details and complete the transaction.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to the order confirmation screen.
Step 5 : Confirmation of order
Once the payment is successful, the order details will be shown on the order confirmation page.
You will receive email confirmation of the purchase on your registered email id.
Step 6: Access Your Products in NodeLink
After receiving the email confirmation for your purchase, return to NodeLink to view and manage your purchased products.
