Account Management
Email Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation for any product(s) purchased, sent to your registered email address.
Invoice Access Invoices are available for download directly from the order details page.
Order History To view your past purchases, go to the Profile section and click on My Orders. This section includes:
Order Summary: Order ID, product category and details, date and time of purchase, total amount, and order status
Order Details: Use the View button to access full order information, including product details, order summary, payment summary, and billing address
Search and Filter: Easily locate orders using available search and filter options
Profile Management
The My Profile section displays your account details, including profile information and membership status.
To update or edit your profile details, you must return to the NodeLink platform, as profile information cannot be edited directly within HMall.
